Activate NG Clean Pro

After buying you'll get an email with your license. In NG Clean press "Free up" (or ⚙︎ › Activate NG Clean Pro), paste the license and press Activate.

One license works on up to 3 of your Macs.

Move your license to another Mac

On the Mac you'll stop using: ⚙︎ › Deactivate on this Mac. That frees the slot so you can activate it on the other one.

Full Disk Access

NG Clean needs it to see caches and app leftovers macOS protects. Grant it in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Full Disk Access by turning on NG Clean. You can revoke it there anytime.

What did NG Clean delete?

NG Clean logs every cleanup: what was freed, what went to the Trash and what was left alone and why. Open it from ⚙︎ › View cleanup history, or at ~/Library/Application Support/Clean/history.log.

Uninstall NG Clean

1. If you have Pro and want to use it on another Mac, first ⚙︎ › Deactivate on this Mac.

2. Quit NG Clean and drag NG Clean.app from Applications to the Trash.

3. To also remove its history and settings, delete the folder ~/Library/Application Support/Clean and the file ~/Library/Preferences/co.ngstudios.clean.plist.
